Use/Good point
The apparatus is developed to the quantitative determination for textile, especially for its surface down flash burning.
Burn the surface 50mm off the vertical sample 0.5second with burner flame, measure the time of burning to 30cm upside with 10cm interval photo sensor and appraise the burning safety of pilling products.
＊ The invisibility flash burning with naked eyes can be caught by thermo-filament’s melt.
＊ The test is automatic. Press the start button, measure the 3 parts of burning speed on the surface and display them on LCD with unit of 0.01second.
＊ The tester is designed to change the flame contact time and distance on the dial in the control box.
