This apparatus is a dual-purpose type for 41.5°and 45° test methods. The forepart of smooth horizontal stand as the center of axis can make the slope move up and down, so as to change the slope angle. Trough the switch of screws, the angle can be changed simply, and show out automatically on display screen.
Two kinds of test methods are similar in operation program, except the difference in slope angle.
According to the different test methods, choose the corresponding determination condition on display, just like 1.sample length; 2.sliding speed; 3.sample weight; and 4.sample number, then it carried out automatically, after setting sample’s both sides , as well as outside and inside. Test results of [extension length], [bending length], [mean value], [standard bias], [max.(mm)], [min.(mm)], and [softness (mN•m)], are all printed out.
