Use/Good point

This apparatus is a wrap reel to make skeins of yarn of predetermined length for “Yarn Balance”, “Lea Breaking Tenacity”, and “Elongation Percentage”.
There is adjustable speed motor installed therefore the rotation speed is configurable to yarn. Also yarning length is voluntarily settable with the set counter. There is a traverse bar to avoid overlapping of yarns.
