Use/Good point

This is an abrasion tester, used to appraise the sliding wear resistance when two specimens slide to rub each other, such as plastic, ceramic and metal. According to the B method of JIS K-7218. Install the plastic round specimen in the pin holder, the rubbing partner is in the turning disk.
Give a certain load pressure to the specimen, it will come in contact with the turning rubbing partner below. Detect the shearing force=Friction force(Ｆ), calculate the dynamical friction coefficient(μｋ), and draw the change of friction coefficient by the pen recorder, to get the specimen life time.
The mean sliding distance can be displayed, so the quantity of ratio abrasion can be figure out simply.
