Use/Good point
This is a tester to evaluate the coefficient of static/dynamic friction of thin sheet, such as cloth, paper and film etc by horizontal plane method. The static friction coefficient is measured by peak value of friction force in initial slow motion, as well as the dynamic friction coefficient is measured by the mean friction force at a certain speed thereafter.
Record continuously the wave picture of friction force over time, accordingly to evaluate the wear-resisting property. In order to avoid the contact difference or sliding, please drop the sled lightly down the sample surface on the table by use of auto lift. Please drop down the sled on the same part of sample surface when you do the repeated trials on the same sample.
*It is fully automatic to do measure from start to printout.
*The speed can be changed against the different distance.
*The measuring data filter can be set.
*A layout of output port to PC.
