This is an automatic appraisal testing machine for the water evaporation rate and time- -single combination test method of GB/T 21655.1 moisture absorption speed dry evaluation part 1. It’s used for evaluating adsorption ability against water and speed dry under the condition of water. Through high-accuracy buret, the tester can do drop water diffusion time test.
Put the sample flat on the test stand (measured side is the one close to human skin ), within the specified distance, drip 0.2ml third grade water into the sample, when the water drop completely spread, put the sample vertically hanged in this tester, read the weight. At intervals, read the weight, the accuracy is to 0.001 g, until the change of the weight rate less than 1%, it can be stopped. Through internal calculation, figure out the water evaporation rate and water evaporation time, and draw the ‘’time-evaporation’’ graph.
