This is a tester to evaluate the warmth retaining efficiency of textile cloth, fiber complex cotton pad and others.

This tester can calculate and print out [Warmth retaining rate(%)][Coefficient of specimen warmth conductivity(W/m2℃)][CLO value(CLO)]by measuring the quantity of heat radiation of heat plate kept at constant temperature and the quantity of radiation of heat plate with specimen and by measuring automatically the average temperature of heat plate while testing and the average temperature of air in cool side hood.

This testing method is applied in principle to the specimen of which thermal conductivity is within [0.7~14W/ m2℃] and thickness is less than [50mm].
