This apparatus is suitable to determination for guard suits impact strength to cutting-tool puncture and tearing. Set the cutting-tool vertically to specimen surface, drop the drag weight certain distance and measure the tearing length by drag weight impact energie. Accordingly appraise the tearing resistance.
Detect the drop time through the photoelectric sensor, auto-detect the drop speed be about to puncture to the specimen surface, and date out the drag weight impact energie according to the drag weight（J：joule）.
