This apparatus is a sewing needle force tester, to measure the sewing needle force of cloth under standard condition continually, and record the value, hereby to evaluate the sewing needle force of the cloth.
It is a convenient measuring instrument when you want to choose a right needle for bad sewing needle force of cloth just at the stage of sewing, and it is a powerful tester for the development of the finish agent that does not suffer the damage again the frictional heat as well as development of material with good sewing ability, at the laboratory stage.
Measure the peak value of 100 times (preset) continually of sewing needle force one by one print them out, meanwhile print out a histogram of the sewing number of times each section (normal space is 5g).
In addition, the decision sample of the right or wrong of the sewing is provided because the number of the counts beyond the setting maximum is recorded, together with the sewing number of times, if I preset the maximum resistance before measurement.
