Model

P-3A, P-6A, P-9A

Use/Good point

This machine is an appraisal tester to evaluate the small lumps (pilling effect) of the fiber artificially generated by friction for woven and knitted fabric, in conformity with A method of JIS L-1076 pilling test. This is a tester to evaluate the resistance to pilling and surface change of textile fabrics.
The work method of this test consists of cork lined test box (wooden) and rubber tube. Put the specimen attached to a rubber tube in test box, and compare the judgment photograph with the pilling state generated after having turned the text box at preset time to appraise the anti-pill performance.
* For security, there are the sheet-metal casing to collect the test box rotating part, and the design of the transparent sliding door on the front.
* The use of clamp clip method for opening and shutting of the box cover, makes simple operation, and enables the shutting certainly.
* There is independent case each at the upper and lower line, and it is possible to take off the rubber tube from one side even if the tester is driven.
